FEES
"Client hereby agrees to pay to Consultant a non-refundable processing fee of $250.00 for the
time and expenses involved in appraising the feasibility of Client's financing requirements.
However, this processing fee shall be credited to the Client in full toward any consultants
commission or finder's fee that Client shall pay to Consultant, if and when financing is approved
and funds are received by the Client.
Client hereby agrees to pay Consultant a finders fee of ___% of the principal amount of
the financing obtained, which shall be due and payable by Certified Funds upon Client's receipt
of funds."
The Processing Fee Covers:
- Copying of documents to send out to multiple lenders
- Analysis of your loan information, in order to optimally direct your loan to the best lenders .
- Time involved in compiling the lending package
Two payment methods for the non-refundable processing fee of $250.00 are payable via:
- Cashier's check (made out to Feray and Associates) mailed to:

Once the money has been received you will be emailed or mailed the 4 documents and a list of supporting documents for a sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation.
Payment methods for the FINDERS FEE is ONLY accepted as a Certified Check, made out to Feray and Associates.
